Rob is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance. He began practicing Yoga wholeheartedly in 2015, making a transition from 32 years of traditional martial arts training and instruction with black belts in Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido, as well as other belt levels in Judo, Aikido, and Jujitsu.
With a Bachelor of Science in Fitness Management, Rob is published in Campus Rec Magazine and Play & Playground Magazine on the neurological benefits of whole-body exercise. He’s the author of the blog, “I Am No Yogi” and has written over 200 articles on business culture, life, and navigating reality. A four-time Tough Mudder Legionnaire and invitee to compete in Word’s Toughest Mudder, Rob has trained and mentored other OCR competitors to take on this challenge.
His humorous, and reality-based style is refreshing and relatable, embracing the Japanese philosophy of Wabi Sabi. Often referred to as Robkido, he values people and life’s journey.
