Rachael’s yoga journey began in 2001 with Bikram yoga. A good friend recommended she give it a try due to her love for running. She immediately fell in love with how yoga made her feel. Not only did she enjoy the workout, but the work in, allowing her to find peace and calm through the breath work and movement. An eight-time marathon veteran, she understands how yoga has helped her stay strong and injury free throughout her years of running.
Rachael received her training at Full Circle Yoga in Winter Park, FL and is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Since then, she has been so excited sharing her love of what yoga can do for others in all areas of their lives.
