Claire began practicing yoga at age 12 and embarked on a journey of self-empowerment and healing. When she discovered the benefits, she knew she wanted to share the art of yoga with others. Her classes focus on breath and alignment. Her intentions are for her students to create mindfulness in their own bodies to truly understand how to move consciously with strength and ease. Claire is a certified yoga teacher and graduate of Yoga University. She is certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Kid’s yoga, and Power yoga.
