A Note from Our Founder: A Vision for Healing
Leigh Ann McNair
From the start, I knew I wanted to create a space where people could heal naturally - mind, body and soul. In 2004, that vision came to life with the opening of Sacred Moments Massage & Healing Center in Oviedo, FL.
What began as a dream has grown into a full-service healing center offering a wide range of therapies to help you feel your best. We invite every client to build a personalized “medicine bag” of wellness tools, and we’re here to guide you in choosing the techniques that best support your unique needs and goals.
I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2003, graduating from The Florida College of Natural Health with an Associate of Science degree in Natural Health and Advanced Therapeutic Massage. I have over two decades of expertise in massage therapy with certifications in neuromuscular therapy, sports therapy, cupping and prenatal massage. I am also a certified Reiki II practitioner and a 200-hour yoga instructor.
At Sacred Moments, we offer high-quality massage therapy, facials, natural skincare, acupuncture and more, all in a peaceful, welcoming space in Oviedo, FL. We also provide yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates & dance fitness classes, infrared sauna sessions, organic essential oils and health and wellness workshops.

Leigh Ann McNair Licensed Massage Therapist
With over 20 years as a licensed massage therapist, Leigh Ann specializes in deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, cupping, prenatal massage, Reiki II and yoga instruction. Her mission is to create a nurturing space where every client feels empowered to heal.
Joseane (Josie) Sobota Licensed Esthetician / Skin Care Specialist
Josie’s passion for skincare began with a deep love for caring for her own skin, and a constant curiosity about the best ways to nourish it. That passion eventually led her to become a licensed esthetician, where she now helps others feel confident in their own skin.
She understands that no two complexions are the same, and that skin changes over time. By truly listening to each client’s concerns and goals, Josie customizes every facial to meet their unique needs, from acne to anti-aging, delivering glowing results and a relaxing experience.
In addition to offering relaxing, result-driven facials, Josie empowers clients with knowledge, teaching them how to care for their skin between visits. After all, the skin is our body’s largest organ, and it deserves mindful attention!
Xiaomei Gao (“May”), AP, RN Board-Certified Acupuncturist | Registered Nurse | Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner
Xiaomei Gao (“May”) is a board-certified acupuncturist and registered nurse licensed in both Florida and New York, bringing more than 30 years of healthcare experience to her patients. Her unique background blends conventional Western medicine with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), creating a truly integrative approach to healing.
Before pursuing acupuncture, May spent more than a decade working in a hospital emergency room and later worked for a leading medical insurance company in New York. These experiences deepened her understanding of patient care, advocacy, and whole-person wellness.
As a third-generation Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, May specializes in supporting patients experiencing chronic pain, anxiety, migraines, reproductive concerns, digestive disorders, and stress-related conditions.
Known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach, May integrates acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, Chinese nutritional therapy, and holistic wellness practices to support balance, healing, and long-term health.
Her goal is to help every patient feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
